This study surveys the extent to which the elementary school administrators are satisfied in their jobs with respect to recognition, achievement, and possibility of growth, advancement, responsibility, job security/salary, interpersonal relation, supervision and working conditions. All the 153 elementary school administrators from the eighteen districts in the division of Surigao del Sur are surveyed using the Job Satisfaction Inventory Questionnaire developed by Miguel (1981).
