Determines the job performance of elementary school teachers as appraised by school administrators and by themselves and the significant difference between the two perceptions. The study also identifies the factors in the Performance Appraisal System for Teachers (PAST) that they need to improve for their guidance on a goal to survive and a direction towards improvement.
