A preliminary inquiry into the implementation of agrarian reform in public lands, particularly in settlement lands. It attempts to look into the process of reform implementation and to scrutinize disggregated outcomes of land redistribution in selected settlement lands in Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat in Mindanao.
