The study determines the growth and yield of para rubber clone RRIM 600 as affected by cover crops and fertilizer. It also looked into the nutrient contents of foliage of rubber plants grown with and without fertilizer, and the effect of cover crops and fertilizer on the soil. The findings revealed that fertilizer application did not have a significant effect on the growth of rubber forty-two months after planting. The interaction between cover crops and fertilizer level did not show significant effect on the growth of immature RRIM 600.
