Formulation and evaluation of SK dehydrated candied mango

Annotation

SK dehydrated candied mango is produced by three different treatments (immature thinned-out fruits (ITF-1), ITF-2 and mature green fruits MGF). Color of mango chips produced dehydrated candied mango from MGF has the highest mean score for color while appearance, texture, flavor and general acceptability did not vary significantly among the three treatments.
