Ascertains the financial management practices as perceived by the barangay officials along the five areas of concern namely: Taxation and Revenue Generation, Barangay Budgeting, Barangay Accounting, Procurement of Supplies and Materials, and Disbursement of Barangay Funds. The components include variables such as age, educational attainment, number of seminar/training attended and number of years in the barangay service.
