Results reveal a highly significant reduction in mean weight gain and average daily gain of broilers when MLM (Melina leaf meal) are similar with each other except those CBSM-fed (Commercial Broiler Starter Meal) broilers which registers a significantly higher accumulative feed intake compared to other treatments. The best feed conversion efficiency of 2.01 and the lowest feed cost to produce one kg line weight are exhibited by birds fed with ten percent MLM.
