The study determines the feasibility of the fitness center by evaluating the market demand and supply condition in the area. It also formulates strategies for a profitable fitness center. The study shows that the demographic profile of the primary target market were male and female belonging to age group 25-50 years, from A to C economic stratum and employed in white collar jobs. The business faces different barriers to entry like capital requirement, economics of scale, product differentiation, absolute cost advantage and absence of accessible location among others.
