The study includes an inventory of floral and faunal resources found in the area and the physical resources such as soil, water, temperature and relative humidity. A census of the settlers was also conducted as well as the farming systems they employ. The results indicate an alarming condition of the forest experimental station brought about by the farming systems practiced by the settlers.
