This study surveys fifty Central Mindanao University faculty recruited from January 1971 to December 1975 and eighty faculty who resigned/transferred to other institution. It determines the nature and extent of faculty mobility in CMU and identifies factors related to faculty mobility. The study also examines the relationship between faculty mobility and some characteristics of those who resigned and sought transfer from Central Mindanao University.
