The Faculty Development Program is an institutionalized program of the Notre Dame Educational Association. It has always been allocated a substantial amount if only to enable member school to attain quality education. This dissertation evaluates the program in terms of funding, criteria, objectives, performance of grantees, delivery of services of the member-school, and financial outlay made available during the period under consideration (1989-1990).
