The study determines the factors associated with real property tax collection efficiency in Lanao del Sur. Specifically, it describes the personal and socio-economic characteristics of punctual and delinquent taxpayers and of efficient and inefficient tax collectors. It also describes the respective strategies and methods employed in the task of collection and some existing transportation and communication facilities that contribute to efficiency in tax collection.
