Respondents of the study include seventy-five dropouts from first year to fourth year in SY 1995-1996, 1996-1997, and 1997-1998 in MNHS taken at random out of the total number of dropouts. The study aims to determine the significant difference in the weighted mean of the responses of dropouts on the four factors affecting the dropout rate namely: school, family, community environment, and self.
