The study determines the extent of job satisfaction of academic librarians as affected by the different factors in their working environment in twenty one libraries of Region X11 colleges and universities particularly located in Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat and North Cotabato.
