Assesses the faculty development program of Dapitan City Division for the inclusive period 1996-1999. The personal profile of the teacher-respondents and the provision of faculty development program are the loci of the study. Also aims to find out the perceptions on the proposed policies or innovation to be formulated and adopted as regards improving the faculty development program.
