Shows that the delivery of extension services of the SUCs in the Cotabato area is carried out through effective extension methodologies/approaches complemented with the organized extension units and administrative management processes despite some pressing problems, and concerns especially on the lack of funding support for extension, coordination with other agencies in providing extension services to the clientele.
