The Lourdesian Program of Formation (LFP) is a one-year scheme utilized to initiate college freshmen and transferees towards life in Lourdes College, to provide them with facilitative assistance in assessing and strengthening their skills and habits, and to enable them to understand and internalized the vision-mission of the College. Evaluates the effectiveness of the assistance offered by the Program on self development, community relations and spiritual development as perceived by LFP student-participants.
