This study assesses the graduate teacher education program in region XII of the Philippines in terms of the adequacy of its input resources (i.e. human, physical plants and facilities and program process, instructional and administrative systems) and the effectiveness of its outputs, i.e., graduates of its masteral programs. The study shows that based on the qualified profile of human resources "deans and faculty" the graduate teacher education programs was generally "good."
