This study describes the prevailing conditions of boarding houses where MPSC students reside. It looks at size of rooms, availability and quality of furniture, ventilation, recreational appliances, communication devices, lighting facilities, water facilities, safety devices, storage places, maintenance of cleanliness/beautification, garage disposal system, drainage system, disciplinary measure and others.
