The study examines the strategies applied by the manpower services multipurpose cooperative. Strengths and weaknesses of the cooperative are determined in this study. Technical knowledge sand project management, skilled manpower and existing assets are considered as the strengths of the cooperative while its weaknesses include stainless steel fabrication and mechanical works, constrained decision-making powers of the mangers, rented properties, limited popularity and inadequacy of equipment for special projects.
