Identifies and defines employer and employee conflicts in selected local enterprises in Iligan City. It also analyzes the management approaches, employee approaches and the extent of the involvement of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in the settlement of such conflicts and how these promote organizational harmony and industrial peace.
