Ascertains the educational values of teachers in the City Division of Cagayan de Oro City school year 2001-2002. The educational values considered are the Importance of Education, the Purpose of the School and Interpersonal Relations in the areas of Control, Inclusion and Affection. The study will make the teachers aware oif what values they exhibit to be rational with people they work and interact with.
