A study of the nature and the difficulties of public elementary school administration viewing it as an individual school behavior and as an office with the primary concern of the actual school administration as carried on by two Maranao Muslim community setting. It also presents the comparison between the institutional requirements of the public elementary school principalship with that of the expectations of the community of the said position.
