Dropouts in a Philippine provincial university

Annotation

The study selects two groups of Freshman class of 1960-61 and that of 1963-64. Only four-year courses are included namely, Agriculture, Liberal Arts, Education, among others. Reasons given for dropping are dismissal, finances, personal adjustment problems, academics, health and domestic problems. Statistics shows 45.9 percent graduated, 32.6 dropped, 04.9 persisting and 44.9 percent transferred.
