This study involves the limnological assessment of Lakes Sebu, Lahit and Siloton from July 1999 to June 2000. Ecological diversity indices namely: density, frequency, dominance, importance value and species diversity are used to establish temporal and spatial variations in the community structure of zooplankton of the three lakes. Bathymetric mapping and water quality assessment are also done.
