Three lakes (Sebu, Lahit and Siloton) within the territorial jurisdiction of the Lake Sebu municipality in Southern Mindanao are limnologically assessed covering the months of July 1999 through June 2000. Temporal and spatial variations in the community structure of zooplankton are determined using ecological diversity indices namely: density, frequency, dominance, importance value and species diversity. Water quality and zooplankton are also correlated. (Also in ST).
