The study contains an assessment of administration of devolved health services in the Iligan City Hospital and City Health Office as perceived by local government employees and program clients. It also discusses the health service program covered and as prescribed by Local Government Code which included free medicine, ob-gyne, child care, pediatrics, family planning, surgery and ears, eyes, nose and throat.
