Describes the basic devolution of basic services according to gender, educational attainment, occupation and position in six selected municipalities of Misamis Occidental. The basic services in agriculture, health and social welfare were actually devolved to selected municipalities of Misamis Occidental in terms of functions, personnel, equipments and financial resources. It is consistent with Section 17 of Local Government Code of 1991.
