This research empirically investigates the difference between the modular approach versus traditional approach on extension information dissemination drive on environmental protection. Such also serves as basis for the Local Government Units in coordination with the non-government groups in the community to conduct massive information campaign either through seminar and distribution of pamphlets and informative journals pertaining to environment or through non-formal classes using modules. It is found out that information dissemination through modular approach obtained higher learning achievement than the traditional method and that modules could be effective media in massive information dissemination of the environmental concerns.
