The project focuses on the (1) establishment of linkages with DA Radio Programs in Region XI and XII, (2) quarterly publication of "Rubber Link" with 300 copies per issue, (3) production of wall news/poster (Puting Bulawan) with fifty copies per issue (English and Bisaya), and (4) news production for press releases and production of Phil Rubber brochure with 150 copies.
