Composed of two parts, the first part, Phase A, is the development of proposed reading kit for college freshmen in three clusters of specific professional courses, namely, pre-medical/pre-nursing, business and education. The second part, Phase B, is the testing of the effectiveness of the RKSP in improving the reading efficiency of the college freshmen exposed to the kit for one semester.
