Development and acceptability of strawberry-flavored yogurt using soyamilk

Annotation

A study on the development and acceptability of strawberry-flavored yogurt using soyamilk was conducted at the College of Human Ecology and Food Sciences, University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, Cotabato. Soyamilk is produced at Southern Philippines Adventist College, Digos, Davao del Sur. There are two treatments in the study: Treatment I - soya yogurt and Treatment 2 - commercial yogurt.
