The marang juice extractor is designed and fabricated at the Agricultural Machinery Division, Institute of Agricultural Engineering, UPLB. Testing of the extractor is conducted in MSU, Marawi City. The parameters evaluated are mass-water ratios, speed of extractor, seed separation efficiency, throughput capacity, fiber extraction efficiency, capacity ratio and overall acceptability of the juice produced.
