The ability of Bacteria A and Pseudomonas-like Bacteria B to degrade penta clorophenol (PCP)-contaminated water is determined. Bacteruak growth in the culture is evaluated on nutrient agar (NA), penta-amended media (D), potato dextrose agar + antibiotics (PDAA) and actinomycetes media (ACA).
