A study on the specific roles the husband and the wife have in decision-making on handling money and child-rearing. It is found out that the father has the responsibility of deciding the career path of the children. Representations of various cultural minorities were thus recommended for the creation of a comprehensive and viable curriculum for home and family life education. Further studies with a broader base are also recommended so as to include municipalities and provinces as well as the barrios.
