Analyzes the conflict management style of public vocational school administrator in Caraga Region. Utilizing Descriptive-Correlation design, respondents are classified as top, middle, first line administrators. Majority tends to collaborate, compromise and accommodate rather that compete or avoid when exposed on certain conflict situation.
