This qualitative research seeks to identify and compare basic concepts of peace and conflict and the management strategies used for conflict transformation in selected public, private sectarian and non-sectarian institutions in Zamboanga city. Data are elicited from respondents who are either administrators or faculty members through focused group discussions and key informant interviews.
