A term paper which uses the case study approach to treat the topic. Reports from actual program experiences are compiled particularly that of Sigabay, Davao, Toroc, Bayambang, Pangasinan and Ilocos Sur. From these case studies, the author generalizes the trend of adult education in the Philippines.
