A consolidated report of the consultations on Comprehensive Mindanao Education Program (CMEP) and on developing a community-based and development-oriented madaris for the Bangsamoro. The consultation forum-workshops tackles the following themes: present situation of the madaris system and its curriculum, theology of peace, philosophy of education, Islamic pedagogy and institutional management by Khilafah.
