Presents an assessment of communication resources of government line agencies in Region XII based on the elements of communication, namely: source, message, channel, receiver, effect and feedback. This includes data that helped her determine the extended with which the different types of government information were communicated to target clients, adequacy of information and media equipment and facilities, among others.
