The study determines the cost and return analysis of commercializing dehydrated papaya. Results show that processed dehydrated papaya has clear and bright color possessing the characteristic color of the fresh fruit. A 100 kg fresh whole papaya produced sixty-five kg cleaned sliced (cubes) fruits which when dried obtain a weight of 42.25 kg having an ROI of 65.96 percent.
