Describes the recent innovation in coffee culture of producing seedlings that are cloned from selected most productive mother plants. Clones produced are a hundred percent true-to-type and possess the desirable traits of the mother plants. The four methods are marcotting, grafting, cutting and tissue culture. The first three are already practiced while the last is yet to be explored which is also the fastest method in plant propagation and plant breeding.
