Describes the SZOPAD Social Fund, its objectives, history and present progress. It also presents data on the pace of the fund operations, particularly for fully implemented and on-going projects/activities the degree and the nature of participation in the design and execution of the social fund by key people and satisfactions and dissatisfactions with the development role of the social fund in the perspective of the project implementers and the beneficiaries.
