Study reveals that chicken dung applied to IPB Var 1 corn significantly increases number of day to silking at 55 DAS. Furthermore, ten tons chicken dung applied to corn give the tallest plants and ear heights, least number of barren plants, heaviest weight of 100 grains and grain yield, and least corn earworm infestation and leafspot infection. Zinc application significantly affects ear length and corn earworm infestation. The heaviest gains are from corn applied with ten tons chicken dung and three kg Zn/ha.
