Presents the agenda to institutionalize gender equity in development work and on how to mainstream GAD following the Philippine Partnership for the Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas (PhilDHRRA) experience. It also highlights the organizations' response to the need of articulating women and men as partners in development agenda.
