Carcass yield and utilization of mutton

Annotation

Carcass from male sheep shows a highly significant difference on body length and significant at 5 percent level in neck and carcass yield. Kaldereta, kilawen, papait and stewed food prepared from female mutton show a highly significant difference on flavor, tenderness and general acceptability over male mutton.
