A study is conducted to operate a Provincial Ceramics Center in Lower Sagadan, Baroy, Lanao del Norte with the purpose of renewing efforts towards developing the local ceramic industry. To contribute in the acceleration of the growth of the industrial sector, generate more employment and help attain of the medium-term targets set to reduce poverty. This project envisions four types of ceramic products and provides an average annual net income of P2.562 M over the ten-year period and a sixty-six percent return on investment and two years payback period.
