In this segment of the resource and ecological assessment of Panguil Bay, water samples collected from selected areas of the Bay are analyzed through total bacterial plate count in order to detect the possible presence and determine the most probable number (MPN) of total and fecal coliforms and Streptococci faecalis, the index organisms for fecal pollution.
