Study indicates that majority of the respondents strongly agreed that the three packages: glass, refill and sachet provide content, aroma, richness, and protection. The total assessment of the respondents is that all the three packages are very effective in terms of the following identification usage: easy to identify as to content description, content information, brand name, clearness, manufacturer sources source information and easily identified Nestle product.
