The study reveals that the physical health practices of grades V and VI pupils of West Isulan district as observed by the parents and the pupils are negatively correlated with the functionality of each of the components of the health program of the schools. However, the relationship of the level of functionality of the components of the school health program and the development of eating habits of the pupils is still low, but positive.
